I would like to thank Leeds City Council for the way in which they have dealt with our request for a Wet Floor Shower. I would like to bring to your attention to the wonderful quick witted action from one of your employees, Richard, last month.

He was fitting the lino, finishing off my wet floor shower. When he realised I had been taken ill. My blood pressure had dropped to a dangerous level. Richard said he was calling 999, saying he would not allow his own mother to remain in such a state.

He promised to feed my cats. I knew I could entrust him with my key. What a wonderful employee you have!
