Had to replace our bath with a shower falling my mum's fall.

The lady at reception (one Sunday lunchtime) was brilliant. She knew exactly what we needed and was the only one to mention being VAT exempt.

We were lucky enough to be assigned Stephen Eyre as our Fitter. He is brilliant, very professional and great attention to detail.

The result is a safe new bathroom that would not look out of place in any top hotel.
