I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the bathroom which is now completed. However, my main reason for contacting you is to let you know how happy I am with the contractor who completed the work who I only know as "Sam".

Sam has been absolutely brilliant with my mum who is 89 and has early Alzheimer. He is courteous, patient and has done everything possible to make the work the least intrusive as possible for my mum who was quite stressed about the whole process. Sam couldn't do enough to help her and explain what he was doing each day and answer any questions we might have.

One day last week I took my mum out and left Sam to get on with the work. He'd had to go under the kitchen cupboard to turn the water off and had found £90 my mum had put there just laid in bowl at the back (and had totally forgotten about). He left this money "in situ" so we could see where he had found it. That act of honesty and kindness has restored my faith in human nature ! He could so easily have taken that money and we would never have known and he was aware of that but still chose to do the right thing and for that I will be eternally grateful. I think it's important that such honesty and integrity is recognized so felt it was important to let you know.

I am writing to express my thanks for the excellent job that was made installing my mother’s level access shower. The tradesman who carried out the installation was both professional and friendly ensuring we were left with a functioning toilet every night. I was amazed that even though a complete new floor had to be fitted they managed to get the job finished in just over a week. If only all tradesmen were as good as yours!
