More Ability to exhibit at the William Merritt 'AccessAbility' Exhibition

I am writing to say how pleased we are with our new shower room which was installed 3 weeks ago.

Although dreading the upheaval it would entail, it could not have been a more easy and speedy process. We have been pleased with Passmore's & More Ability fro, start to finish - all were kind and considerate to us.

I just wanted to thank the workmen that came to fit the wet room, They all did an excellent job.

Especially Richard, I can't thank him enough, I was amazed at his quick installation of the wet room. He was very friendly, a good conversationalist, and when he finished he explained the functions of the shower pump. The quality of his work is above and beyond. The room looks like a 5 star hotel! I am impressed.

He was even singing as he worked, I could not help but join in! I told him to audition for xfactor we had a laugh about it. What a great guy and a credit to your company.

Using the shower is going to make my life a lot easier so I am thankful for that.

The installation of our bathroom has been completed today and I need to say how very pleased we are with it , it's beautiful.
